A user-friendly IRC bouncer.

## Building and installing
|
|
|
|
For end users, a `Makefile` is provided:
|
|
|
|
make
|
|
sudo make install
|
|
|
|
For development, you can use `go run ./cmd/soju` as usual.
|
|
|
|
